What type of enhancements will I see?
You can view, print and pay a current or previous invoice, receive notifications regarding your invoices and upcoming auto payment using a smart phone, tablet or computer. We can’t name all the features here but, we know you will enjoy the new enhancements.

What does this mean to me if I’m currently a subscriber (Auto pay customer) of the current system? 
When an enhancement is made to any payment system, we work hard to protect your payment information. The first time you log-in we ask that you reset your password, verify all information is correct, and re-enter your secured payment information. The security of your payment information is a priority at WCA and this is the best way to protect you and your information.

Do I need to go to a new website to access Online Billing ?
No, you will still go to www.wcawaste.com . Then click on "Pay eBill."

How do I access the new online payment system?
If you already have a WCA On-line Payment Account click on the "Sign In" button. If you had an account in the old system, Click on "Sign Up."  If you need assistance with signing up, please Click Here.

When should I look for the new system and reset my information to protect my privacy and payment information?
Friday, July 15th will be the first day you will see the enhanced system. Please reset your information to avoid any inconvenience to your payment and explore the new features of the system.

What if I need additional help with the new system enhancements?
We have invested time into thoroughly training our Customer Service Staff on the new enhancements and provided each of them with the tools they need to deliver extraordinary customer experiences while navigating you through the new look, services and payment options of the enhanced system.
